You feed EVAM with the necessary events and it
takes all decisions based on the scenarios you have configured!
Evam offers the following predefined input
interfaces for automatically collecting the necessary events:
- MQ series
- JMS (Java messages, e.g. used
within Avaloq)
- Goldengate
- Http(s)
- Twitter
- Facebook
- TCP/IP port
- Directory (1 file = 1 event)
- File (1 line = 1 event)
- Webservice (with a PUSH
mechanism)
- Java API (with a PUSH mechanism)
The only mandatory software to be
installed it's a Java virtual machine and EVAM works just in memory!
In addition to that EVAM offers the following
predefined output action:
- Send a SMS
- Send an e-mail
- Execute a SQL command through a
JDBC connection
- Execute a webservice
- Send an output to Twitter
- Send an output to WhatsApp
- Generate an event
- Generate multiple events by
executing a query on a database
- Generate a future event
- Fetch a GMail account
- Store a value in a variable for
each combination of scenario and key
