Avaloq: roles and profiles re-engineering
GM2S GmbH has just been appointed as responsible
for a new project
at a swiss private bank regarding the re-engineering of all Avaloq
roles.
The final goals to be achieved for this activity
are:
- Development of an incompatibility matrix
between Avaloq roles based on the principle of the segregation of duties
- Review of all Avaloq roles based on the
incompatibility matrix
- Re-engineering of the Avaloq roles for
avoiding/solving the incompatibilities
- Assignment/revoke of the Avaloq roles for
avoiding/solving the incompatibilities
- Re-engineering of the Avaloq roles for
simplifying the management/assignment in production
- Definition and implementation of all necessary
procedures for managing the incompatibilities
This activity is based on a big Avaloq installation with approximately:
- 3'000 users
- 170 Avaloq roles
- 1800 Avaloq profiles
- 9 business units (BU) including public and
sentinel
